I’m here to help. This isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about becoming more you.

It seems like no matter how hard you try you and your partner just can’t get on the same page. You’re constantly having different version of the same fight. You’ve noticed yourself feeling avoidant, staying later than you would at work. Perhaps you’ve started to feel anger and resentment toward your partner. Maybe you’ve noticed that your partner reminds you of that parent you just couldn’t please. If any of this sounds familiar then I’m here to help you and your partner find new and creative ways to reconnect and find a way to make your relationship feel like home again.

TRUE NORTH FOR TEENS

You’ve noticed your child struggling but when you ask what’s happening they give you a one word answer. Your child is quick to anger, or tears. Perhaps their grades have taken a sudden decline or they have stopped doing the things they love. Growing up is hard for kids but it’s also hard to be a parent who doesn’t always have the solutions to every problem. That’s where I can help, I work with children and teens to help them open up about their experiences. My goal is to empower your child to name and own their experiences and find the confidence it takes to share themselves with you.

EMDR

EMDR is a highly structured therapeutic approach that helps people process and resolve traumatic memories and feelings. Together we will use a series of taps and eye movements while in an imaginative meditative state to process your pain and trauma. It may sound intimidating but it’s actually very easy to get into and we can go at your pace. It can be especially helpful in dealing with events and memories from your past that still affect your present. EMDR can be incorporated into any individual therapy treatment.
